Tuscan Sausage Ragu Recipe

Step 1 - Cook sausage in a large skillet.

Step 2 - Add 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1/4 cup diced celery, 1/2 cup diced onion. Cook until onions become translucent. I also added 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes.

Step 3 - Add about 2 cups of tomato sauce. Canned diced tomatoes will work great too.Simmer for about 15 minutes.

Step 4 - Boil you pasta while sauce is simmering.

Step 5  - Add 1 cup cream to sauce and continue to simmer for 5 more minutes. When pasta is ready, drain and add to sauce and stir thoroughly while making sure pasta does not break.

(Remember to cook pasta Al Dente!)

I paired this with the fresh veggie tray on the side! Double yummy!!!
